I had an email from BA at 16.21 on Saturday 20 February cancelling our April flights. Took me three minutes to find the refund phone number. 16 minutes on the phone (from my mobile call log), email back from them confirming the refund at 16.45 same day.

Money back on my credit card when I checked my app when I got up on Monday 22 Feb. Not bad considering it was a weekend.
