You will need to be up very very early to get from Monterey to Yosemite in time to spend any time on the guided bus. Like 3-4am to get to the valley floor in time to find parking. Its a 4 hour drive to Yosemite from Monterey and you want to be parked up by 9am ideally.

Following that with a 10-12 day to Vegas would be a lot to cover.
