We did the same as Lisbon above.
Parked at Springs, bus to AOA rode the Skyliner all the way to Epcot then spent time at the Boardwalk before getting the bus back. We were going to have drinks and snacks at every stop but didn't quite manage as we had eaten at Homecoming and were stuffed!
Next time we will start hungry.
