Have you clicked on to each flight to check if they are cancelled yet? BA flights also show up in red for seat changes when they change the aircraft too. If they are cancelled don't wait for BA to contact you give them a ring or use online chat to ask for a refund - I have popped the link in below for online chat it is in the bottom right hand corner.

Edited to add - If you have booked a BA Holiday you might find they refund automatically.
