I use the malls own websites to keep the stores correct. These usually include the restaurants and other stores that are in out parcels away from the main mall. I can only assume that the land that Toys R Us is on doesn't belong to the Florida Mall so it isn't listed on their store directory. I have added it to my listings, just have to remember not to remove it when doing updates in the future.
