When you say "we", have you got little kids in your party?

It'll be a chunky cost for 2 weeks, so what you could do is ask if it would be possible to get it turned on during the trip. You might have to pay a call-out fee and it'll probably take a couple of days to warm up.

Having said all that, we were in a villa for a week at the beginning of August and paid for heating as we had little grandchildren with us. DW and I had a villa end of Sept a couple of years ago without heating - it was OK for adults swimming but too cold for just splashing around.
