Yes , very easy .
A lot of people go for opening but we went mid morning last year.
Longest was getting through security , leave EVERYTHING except cash and passport in the car, they are (correctly) mega picky.
Up in the lift , greeted at the door , handed a form to fill in, called within five minutes, up to the desk , handed over passports and cash, swore a declaration , handed licence , job done and on our way to Publix to order a cake. We managed breakfast at Cape May, wedding licence , cake and back to the Boardwalk before lunch.,
