You get an “anytime pass” for that ride (expires end of that day) or can ride any other ride of the same tier or less (again expires end of that day).

So can wait until it comes back (if weather improves) or ride something else. Be mindful if it’s been down a while that there’ll be a load of other park users with FPs who will be in the same position so if/when it reopens there may be a larger FP line than you expect as they all try to go back on.
