I've read maybe 90% of ESTA threads on here over the past 10 years and contributed to a good few as well.

It's very sad to read on here of people who are rejected because they've answered "YES" to an obvious "NO" question. A five minute review of that page should throw that error up but you also get another opportunity to check your answers just before the payment page.

We're lucky to have a desktop in the office with a large monitor. We sit side by side and, as I said, triple check the questions and answers. Read all the ? against the questions as they keep sneaking new stuff in No TV or other distractions.
