I have a flat in London which is all electric.

I moved in last year and it had night storage heaters which it turns out didn't work.

I had electric radiators installed with independent timers and thermostats so I can get heat on demand rather than predicting the next days temperature in advance.

For a 2 bed flat I am paying about 250 a quarter.

I wouldn't want an all electric detached house by choice but it is fine for the flat.
