If you have a look at the menus on here it'll give you a rough idea of price for each of those. If you add it all up and it comes to more than the upgrade then you have your answer. I'd say you could be up to $260 for those 3 at a rough guess.
We do always upgrade or book deluxe hotel as we prefer TS meals anyway.
