They drop off where the buses come in at the bottom of the escalator to go up to the walkways to citywalk. There are dedicated spots behind the taxi drop offs. Order your Uber walking back up and the pick up is in the same spot. It’s heavily policed though and the security staff doesn’t allow waiting so be there waiting or it might be moved on.
