Cameras these days create very large image files but the DIBB only allows relatively small photos to be uploaded to its Gallery. You'll need to scale the photo down before you upload it (Photobucket can do this for you at upload time if you use their gallery). There are a number of freeware applications around for reducing the size of photos (even Windows' little freebie Paint can do it, but other programs are better).
