We are looking to book a villa for three weeks next year through the dibb. Is there anything else we can do to protect the £3000 we will be paying to a complete stranger. We are doing all the bookings for a family of 12 and the last thing we want is to lose there money or have no villa when we get there. All the people who have sent us offers all seem lovely and very helpful and we are 95% sure we will be ok. but it is not like we are booking with a big company that i know we could easily get on the phone too and sort out any issuses or refund money. Can anyone put mind at rest.
