A little forward thinking like making sure to have one before you go in helps and otherwise if I needed to pop out then I tried to work it in with being nearer the exit for something else. I think it actually made me park hop a bit more as if I went out in the afternoon for one I found myself thinking why not hop on a bus and go to another park!

Epcot was for sure the most difficult for me just because it can be a really long walk depending on where you are of course but even then I found it ok. There is an area out of International Gateway (or at least there was) if you are in World Showcase.

That's interesting as I expected Epcot to be easier as you have two smoking locations at the entrance and international gateway!
