It’s usually towards the start of November. Pre-sale generally on a Wednesday and general sale on the Friday. There will be loads of pre-sale codes on the different WWE social media channels.
Just checked and I got tickets for WM29 on 8/11, WM31 was on 13/11, WM32 on 4/11 and WM34 on 15/11.
