As MrsBC says the situation with gps is so bad now. My elderly SiL who lives alone rang for an ambulance at 3am last night as she had agonising back pain. The ambulance turned up at 8am. They gave her painkillers and contacted her gp today who has given her an appointment at the surgery for next Thursday 😔 SiL is not one to complain unless she’s in a lot of pain so it must have been really bad for her to ring, and it’s shocking to think that she’s now having to cope single handed for almost a week before she sees a dr 😡

The family are all helping out as much as we can but she really needs medical care

Again I really hope you feel better soon. Thankfully, as you are now retired you can take your time and rest up xx
