The last date to book free dining is 5th November, but you'll have missed out on the gift card offer by then. Last year Disney recommended that people who wanted to book villa accommodation booked their second choice resort where they'd be happy to stay, and then changed to the villa resort if/when it became available. Most didn't even show at 330 days, it was more like 290 days.
