I have been using travel republic for years without any problems. We have rented villas from mainly on Highgrove and have gone to ocean Florida to collect the info pack and register . We normally pay a property protection which is about $80/90 ". I think if you stay less than 3/4 nights there may be cleaning fees . Email or ring them and find out exactly what's included
