Just found this... Fantastic report and some really lovely photos!

We loved Efteling and are looking forward to Europa Park next summer. Phantasialand looks great as well. We're not really big coasters fans but I like how well themed the parks are. Rulantica should be open by the time we visit - it looks amazing from what I've seen so far.
