Love the Country Parks, Blue Springs State park, the boat ride is great - very informative, tubbing in the natural spring is loves. De Leon park is also lovely, especially if you can get into the restaurant and cook your own pancakes at the table. If you like animals then Wild Florida is lovely, the airboat ride is great for teens. Agree St Augustin is lovely, ideally stay overnight if you can as there is so much to see and do. Daytona Race Track is great for any car/racing fans. We really likes Bravard Zoo - but we are massive animal lovers, but there is a short canoe tour, its guided to you could let the kids do it alone while you have a coffee. The pioneer village at Shingle creek was nice, shingle creek is lovely for a wooded walk, you can also hire canoes here.
