Agree with Tom, see a GP/A&E as soon as possible.
Many years ago the same happened with my misses, she was off work for around 3 months due to whiplash and from not being given the right advice.
If it hurts you’ll be inclined to not move and this is not a good idea! Make sure you get professional medical/physio advice.
My DW had to keep a pain diary for her claim and got a good payout in the end, which was more than deserved.
I was driving, had no ill effects other than taking one day off work to recuperate and got £500 for the privilege!

Number one priority for you is seek medical advice. Good luck.
