We have had this arranged for months.
We normally use a different bathroom place but this time they were honest - there wasn’t enough profit in it for them to do 🤔
The floor space is tiny . Probably about 1.5m x 1 m ish .

Getting new toilet , new sink with cupboard underneath and a mirror on wall. Wills tiled , floor tiled and a heated radiator - towel rail. Spotlights in ceiling and gloss ceiling panels
