We have used Florida Dolphin Tours a few times for Kennedy trips. You can book with them directly or go through ATD.
Their coaches are modern and comfortable and their guides are knowledgeable too.
They offer lots of pick up options as well - we go from I drive but they do pick up from Disney too.
