Sounds a lot like our family lol.
Kids have no idea yet and we will tell them at Christmas, thinking of a box of clues then a full itinerary when they get it.
WM is definitely forDH, DS1 and DS2 but Disney is for me and DS3. Universal is for me and DS1.
I’m beyond excited already and itching to tell them.
