Hi. Most weird but I have read before of this happening. One suspects either the camera wasn't working so it hasn't been charged or they have mixed up the index numbers of the vehicle and charged somebody else!

I suspect you will never hear now. Also it wont cause an issue next time you rent as they wont match you with a previous rental.
