Just putting my hand up to say Fred Olsen depart from Rosyth regularly so maybe give them a try? They have recently upgraded the ships with modern coffee shops, rib boat experiences, al fresco dining etc, of course much smaller ship, but I do think the food and staff are the best (have been on Celebrity and RCL too) here is link if you would like to see photos of our fjord trip on Black Watch - mybigfatcruise/post/1466...abulous-fjords
