Just to clarify for anyone else, they are meant to ask why you need one but are very friendly and helpful. They aren't asking for a diagnosis just what help you need. They are NOT allowed to ask for a doctor's letter and will not look at one of you try and provide it.

The new blue umbrella locations are fantastic. They seem to still be experimenting abit so may move around or have different hours to the parks but are easily spotted.
