Smoking is PROHIBITED at Disneyland Paris within the parks and the hotels, other than in designated areas.

This is printed on EVERY park map...


It says...

Smoking Areas

For everyone's comfort and convenience, special areas have been setup for those who wish to smoke.
Please smoke only in these designated areas.

This is EXACTLY the same arrangement as EVERY other Disney Park in the world.

They DO NOT sell cigarettes in the parks.

As others have said you can buy them in the station, the Esso garage by Santa Fe and in the Sports Bar in Disney Village.
