Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida is to get a new transport system to transport guests between key locations on Disney property.

The new transport system will be Gondola based with each gondola being an enclosed capsule carrying 10 people. There will be six stations/turn points with three connected aerial cables linking EPCOT, Disney Hollywood Studios, Caribbean Beach Resort and the lakeside area between Art of Animation Resort and Pop Century Resort.

Disney has previously had a gondola style system which connected Magic Kingdom's Tomorrowland and Fantasyland. The system was closed in 1999 after a worker was killed.
