NAILED IT!
Sometimes things go horribly wrong... Too much yeast (only 3.5g though!) and I left them out too long, they puffed up massively, plus the whipped cream in the base sogged out the base and tore it
(and the calzone)
Re-balled the rest and tried again an hour later. This time I didn't stretch it out nearly enough but par-cooking the bases so I could apply the base with a spatula
The first two (and the burned calzone)were Philly cheesesteak with cubed leftover beef, red onion and jalapeņo, then tandoori chicken and pepperoni. Nice!
and the pepperoni one was (deliberately) a little undercooked, so that if we didnt eat it (we didnt) i could freeze it, so its now wrapped in clingfilm and put away for another night
