If Universal did close the Spider-man ride it would affect the old contract they have with Marvel regarding theme park rights in Florida. I doubt Universal would close it unless they really had to. I would be really upset if they did. And so would my niece. In fact the only reason we are going this year is because she's finally tall enough to ride it. Spiderman is her fav!
