Last year, cast members were at the entrance to MK from around 3pm giving out the MVMCP wrist bands. There were also MVMCP cast members inside the park in various locations, giving out the wrist bands to those people who had arrived early or had spent the morning/afternoon in MK.

Entry has always been from 4pm on a party ticket alone . The parks hrs have changed in November and I'm not paying out over a $1000 to find out it's different.
