Secondly, wowsers six months in NY sounds like an amazing opportunity! I hope you had a great time!
So, on to your fab plans! I too, am guilty of booking 5 ADRs a few weeks ago, before we'd even booked our flights!
So I totally understand where you're coming from lol!
We visited Celebration for the first time in October and I LOVED it! In the picture that you posted, the green building on the left is the Market Street Cafe and we enjoyed a lovely brunch here one morning, before sitting in the rockers that overlook the lake and then letting the girls loose in the fountains! Also, make time for a visit into Kilwins - yummy looking ice-creams, cakes, fudge etc!
Anyway, I shall look out for your updates and good luck with getting everything else booked.
