We've not cruised P&O (although we will soon) but have cruised Carnival, RCI and Princess - each three times.

I'll eat almost anything but Joan doesn't like spicy food and also has a serious allergy to onions. On most of these cruises we've been able to see the dinner menu quite a few hours in advance so we can see if anything is suitable.

Failing that there's always the buffet restaurants on every ship where you can usually eat all day with loads of choice.

You won't get any specific Iona food reviews yet though as her maiden voyage is not until May
