Same here, couldn't register, kept saying details didn't match there records.
We spoke to customer service at jaja who amended our phone number and said we should now be able to register... Still no joy!
Ended up using the new bank details for jaja and the original card number to pay the balance via our bank.
Still need to phone them again to get it sorted
