BA Twitter star - #TeamAngela
On Twitter using unpleasant language a certain @sharonodea has complained that a BA gate agent treat her like an immigration officer when delaying her at the gate for 5 minutes as she hadn't signed her passport. She went on to twitter to complain and got the following reply:-
"I'm sorry you felt embarassed at how my colleague dealt with you. However, there are times when we have to accept responsibility for our own actions. If you'd signed your passport when you have received it , this wouldn't have become an issue. Angela"
BA have retracted the tweet but it has produced an active discussion on Twitter and the majority are supporting #TeamAngela for her measured response.
