I sorted out my details on the VeriFLY app yesterday very easy to do , if u make mistakes it’s easy to delete and start again , just scan the QR code for your second vaccination it’s easy, then once you get ur pre flight results scan that QR code and there is a bit for the assertion form not sure if you upload it ir if there is an online form in the app and your good to go . Would 100% advise to take paper copies of everything as technology can play up from time to time
