Well, 3 weeks is plenty. A nice relaxed pace for Disney and universal. We (2 adults and 2 kids) normally schedule a rest day as a water park every third day. We always start with magic kingdom on day one. You’ll be up early due to jet lag. We usually last until early afternoon where we head back and chill at the pool.
