Contacted my office immediately who said the system showed no holiday booked. I had my copy of my authorised and signed holiday form which I then emailed to them. It had not been entered into the system and unfortunately the office had to try and cover all my shifts. I double checked my September holiday was on the system which it was. That's why I implemented holiday forms so a paper trail is always available.
