We woke up at about 7am - the air con was fairly noisy.
Breakfast was functional - bagels, toast, waffles. It was fine for one day.
We decided to catch the ferry to Quebec City after we negotiated a later check out of 1pm. We managed to get the 9am ferry.
We had a week in Quebec City last year so it was just a meander around.
We went inside the Fournac Chateau Hotel - very posh.
As you can see.
We managed to do a bit of shopping - a onesie and then in Roots (a Canadian clothes shop) a hoodie and t-shirt - all for F.
O was happy as lots of wifi so he managed to catch some pokemons
There seemed to be a fete on as lots of people in costumes.
We went to the market and had a snack - cookies. They were nice but super sweet.
Back to the hotel to check out.
We then had lunch - F had a subway but has food envy over our sushi - she tried bits of it and declared it delicious (I agreed)!
It took about 90 minutes to get to our next house.
It was down a very long track in the middle of nowhere. It is fabulous.
View from outside.
The house from the beach - the body of water is the Saint Lawrence River.
The sun starting to set.
We had dinner in the house - pasta and garlic bread before heading out to an ice cream shop we had spotted.
They were great - possible the best do far.
We are still here as it has internet - and the house only has limited internet. The kids are coping but needed a fix
A demain!
