We had a couple of days in Miami before travelling up to Orlando. We did a sunrise Segway tour with Bike & Roll which was excellent. Began at 8am so perfect for the early morning start, and lasted 90 minutes so was done before the heat became too much. We also did the Adrenaline Junkie Jetboat tour from the marina which was great fun. Both were on Groupon which saved loads of money. You could do them both in a day. Uber is your friend for getting around
