I have stayed in Villas in the Davenport/Kissimmee area, always in school hols at Easter or Summer, never less than 3 bedroom and always with a pool around 7 times. I would not expect to be much over £550 per week. We do not bother with pool heating. We have never been disappointed with our villa either.
Whilst there are many lovely DIBB villas, I have generally used Holidaylettings.co.uk.
