Very impressed with Ring doorbell customer support!
Our Ring doorbell died in the cold spell, just spoke to them on the phone, he's gone through a few actions to try and reset it which we'd already tried, and didn't work, so a new one is on it's way to us, all we have to do is send the old one back in the pre paid package they'll send with the new one
