How do I link BA(Avios)/Avis car hire
Help... Apologies if this has been asked before,
I have booked our car hire through BA (who uses Avis) with a combination of Avios and cash.
Who would I contact to ensure the booking is linked to my Avis Preferred A/c, is it BA or Avis...
