We changed our holiday in the first few weeks of lockdown quickly and easily. We have spoken to Virgin on the telephone several times about our ‘second’ holiday and have been happy with the service and advice. We shall be altering our holiday once again in another month to 2021 (hopefully) and are happy to continue to book holidays with Virgin.
