Uber can drop off at Epcot, it's only MK that is restricted to TTC. The dropoff/pickup point is in the parking lot. Estimated fare on uber/en-GB/fare-estimate/ is $11-15 each way.

I would say that F&G is a smaller version of F&W in the food/drink department. Still plenty to choose from, but not the star of the show like F&W if that makes sense. But it's the 25th anniversary next year so may be bigger than usual.

Disney Food Blog reviews every stall if you want to look at this year's for guidance - a lot of the stalls do tend to repeat each year. I'm going next year as well, can't wait - although I'm more interested in the flowers than the food.
