These dining discounts are for AP holders. Times/places are restricted and it's good for food and soft drinks only.

I prefer to use the AP to buy a Tables in Wonderland card though - bigger discount and much greater scope to use it for evening TS meals and it discounts alcohol at the meal too. It's $150 with an AP and offers 20% discount with an automatic 18% tip added back - you can see example bills where I've used it in my food reports in my signature. Another way of looking at it is all your table service tips are paid for the year for $150.
