We complained and were moved to The Queen Elizabeth Suite! Yes! That Queen Elizabeth Suite! It did have portholes and it did have a King bed but no AC and it was hot!
It seems the company that own it don't do much to it and it lives by its history. We did a ghost tour and that was good. I wouldn't stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it unless you just want the history. I was so disappointed. See more...

Oh that’s interesting, what a bummer!
We were only booked for one night so it was more the experience rather than luxury but the no ac is not good !
