Again if it’s because you can’t get insurance speak to a specialist not a web firm there are some of these guys in every town.

As far as using an agent I think the problem with the contact is not about not using an agent but by not using a major airline over the years we have had to moved one virgin flight because my sister came down from Leeds with no passport and there was no issue, cancel virgin flights as my mum (who was nit even travelling with us) was not well and got 100% back and BA moved some flights back when we found my wife to be pregnant. I have never had an issue contacting a major airline so don’t write it off.
